What I eat in a day to lose weight! Quick & Easy meals for weight loss! After sharing my 50lb weight loss journey I got asked to do a what I eat in a day to lose weight, so here are some meals I eat to help me lose weight! I do switch up my meals but I keep my calories lower (in a deficit), protein around 100 g and fiber around 30 g. I didn't add any greens on this day but I typically add them to my smoothie or salad if I'm having one. Hope you got some inspo from this what I eat in a day to lose weight video!
