How do we use Vitamin E capsules and does it really help our skin? Many of my patients ask me this question and today I thought let me just speak to you and discuss with you what is this wonder drug called Vitamin E. Vitamin E is first a very important antioxidant. What it does is, it sucks in the free radicals and prevent oxidative stress on the face, on the skin as well as on the scalp. What is this oxidation?
