Hamas accuses Israel of delaying the implementation of Gaza ceasefire deal

Hamas has accused Israel of delaying the implementation of the Gaza ceasefire terms - by stopping Palestinians from returning to the north.
Israeli forces shot at Palestinians trying to return home - saying Hamas had failed to meet its obligations.
It happened after 200 Palestinian prisoners were released, in exchange for four Israeli captives being freed.
