Today weโ€™re going to talk about short-term memory loss. The symptom of memory loss has to do with the hippocampus.

A few things that can damage the hippocampus:
โ€ข Age
โ€ข Decreased oxygen
โ€ข Stress
โ€ข High glucose
โ€ข Vitamin B1 deficiency
โ€ข Vitamin D deficiency
โ€ข Zinc deficiency

The hippocampus is one of the only areas of the brain that can actually regenerate. But, youโ€™re not going to be able to regenerate the hippocampus without feeding it ketones.

How to help fix short-term memory loss:
โ€ข Increase oxygen to the hippocampus (exercise or use hyperbaric oxygen therapy)
โ€ข Increase ketones
โ€ข Fasting
โ€ข Take vitamin D
โ€ข Consume foods high in zinc
โ€ข Take vitamin B1 (nutritional yeast)
โ€ข Decrease stress

How to increase ketones:
โ€ข Get on a low-carb diet (the healthy keto diet)
โ€ข Consume MCT oil
โ€ข Take exogenous ketones
