Claressa Shields drops Perkins, becomes the undisputed heavyweight boxing champ

Claressa Shields captures the undisputed heavyweight title with a unanimous decision victory over previously unbeaten Danielle Perkins on Sunday, Feb. 2, 2025 at Dort Financial Center in Flint. Shields (16-0, 3 KOs) dropped Perkins (5-1, 2 KOs) with a right hook in the final seconds of the 10th and final round to secure the victory.
