How to report pet abuse

Have you seen dogs or other pets suffering? Do you know what to do to help them? Connie Chiang, Executive Director of Taiwan's SPCA, says while public awareness about animal welfare is increasing in Taiwan, each year her organization handles more than 700 cases of animal cruelty. Around 80 percent of the cases actually involve pets. And many of the cases are reported by people who witnessed their neighbor neglecting or abusing their pet.
