At least seven killed and 35 injured in Israeli raid on Jenin in the occupied West Bank
At least seven Palestinians have been killed and dozens wounded in an Israeli army raid on Jenin, in the occupied West Bank.
Israeli military vehicles were seen raiding the refugee camp after an air strike on a car.
The army and Shin Bet have confirmed they are carrying out an operation in Jenin.
Israeli settlers have carried out more attacks on Palestinians in the occupied West Bank.
Witnesses say dozens set on fire Palestinian home and businesses in the towns of Fandaq and Jinsafut, east of Qalqilya.
The Palestinian Red Crescent says 12 people were injured.
In the past 15 months, settlers have intensified campaigns of violence while under the protection of the Israeli army.
The Israeli army has detained 64 Palestinians including children, in a raid on the city of Qalqilya.
The arrests come a day after 90 Palestinian prisoners and three Israeli captives were released under the ceasefire deal, that's halted 15 months of war on Gaza.
